Bracks review: Victorian schools could get incentives to help struggling students
Schools could get financial incentives to accept struggling students and prevent the most vulnerable leaving under a proposed shake-up being considered by former premier Steve Bracks.
With about 10,000 Victorian students dropping out each year, an interim review of education funding includes dozens of suggestions designed to plug the gaps, tackle disadvantage, and make schools more accountable for their results.
